The Northwest Employment Education and Defense Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation founded in 2003 along with NWJP. While NEED Fund does not have employees, it does have its own board and bylaws.
NEED Fund contracts with NWJP to carry out its mission. NWJP uses all funds from NEED Fund exclusively for activities permitted under §501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
